Anti-Kilroy SMEAR campaign authorised by UKIP Cabal.

A report from a UKIP Branch Chairman (I believe within the Eastern Region) has it that at a meeting to which UKIP Regional Organisers were summoned today, instructions were issued for a 'smear Kilroy' campaign to begin.
